2026 ULV Mosquito Fogging for Revell Downs

Our community is approved to participate in the adult mosquito surveillance and control program offered by the Maryland Department of Agriculture, Mosquito Section. We are approved and assigned for the spray night of Monday, anytime between, June 3rd to October 6th, between 7:00 PM – 2:30 AM. HOA Monthly Meeting - June 16, 2026

Speed Testing Results- Secretariat Dr.

AA County conducted a traffic study for Secretariat Drive to monitor the speed of cars on this road. The board recently received the results from this study. In order to have traffic calming speed humps, the 85th percentile speed must be at least 10 mph over the posted speed limit (25 mph) AND the average daily traffic volume must be at least 1000 vehicles per day. Our results came back with 85% of the traffic traveling at or below 30 mph and the average daily traffic volume

Maryland Homestead Property Tax Credit Program

Broadneck Trail Community Impact

(Updated June 11, 2025) The Homeowners Association (HOA) Board has established the Broadneck Trail Subcommittee. This subcommittee aims to mitigate the loss of trees outside of Revell Downs and neighboring communities. It also seeks solutions for noise pollution and negative visual impacts. 2026 Summer Concert Series at Goshen Farms

Free Friday Night concerts at Goshen Farms Location: 1420 Cape St. Claire Rd, Annapolis, MD 21409 The concerts are in a kid-friendly environment right here in Cape St. Claire. Events showcase local talent, with two groups/bands performing each night from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Seating is limited, so make sure to bring chairs blankets and you are welcome to bring your own food and drinks. Concert dates: June 26th, July 10th, July 24th, August 7th, August 21st, and September 11th.
