Maryland Homestead Property Tax Credit Program

To help homeowners deal with large assessment increases on their principal residence, state law has established the Homestead Property Tax Credit. The Homestead Credit limits the increase in taxable assessments each year to a fixed percentage. Mosquito Surveillance & Control Program

Our community submitted a request form to participate in the adult mosquito surveillance and control program offered by the Maryland Department of Agriculture, Mosquito Section. A field study will be conducted and if determined our community meets requirements for spraying, we will receive an assigned spray night of the week.
